Mission Readiness Support Services (MRS) |
Valbin’s Mission Readiness Support Services (MRS) has the capacity to provide Foreign Language Speakers (FLS), Civilian Role Players (CRP), cultural experts, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and experienced project personnel to support military training exercises that maximize training effectiveness and soldier readiness for changing cultural environments. Among the many Foreign Language Speakers provided by MRS are speakers of Iraqi Arabic, Pashto, Urdu, Farsi, and Albanian. |

The MRS Management Process |
Valbin's MRS Management process consists of the following steps: |

1. Recruitment of Qualified Personnel:
Beyond “recruiting”, Valbin ensures professional, qualified AND experienced Role Players and Management Personnel are on hand for all projects undertaken by screening all hires prior to selection via interviews, employment verification, and conducting criminal background checks.
Once qualified, all recruits undergo extensive training prior to beginning exercises.
2. On-Site Management
Once on-site, Valbin provides highly responsive coordination of personnel, logistics, supplies, schedules, and transportation. Valbin’s Management Support Team (MST) consists of the following personnel: Program Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Administrative Officer, Operations Officer, Assistant Operations Officer, Supply Officer, and Medical Officer.
3. Proximate Interface with Client:
Valbin’s headquarters in the D.C. area acts as liaison between its field offices around the country and its clients to provide constant and proximate interface with all clients before, during, and after coordinated exercises to ensure accurate and rapid response to requests and concerns. |

Valbin has a proven track record of success in recruiting experienced and qualified foreign language speakers for rotations held from 2004 through 2009 to support large and small scale military training exercises. Valbin’s senior personnel have participated in several prior rotations as key personnel. |

Operations Experience in Military Training Environment |
| Valbin personnel are experienced in every aspect of planning and managing large-scale Civilian on the Battlefield (COB) exercises. Our MST has practical field experience in numerous rotations in the last two years. The logistics, administration, supply, housing, transportation, manning roster assignments, and 24/7 management of as many as 450 FLS professionals are skill sets in which Valbin has direct, relevant, recent and successful experience. |

Dynamic Management Style |
Valbin provides real time, on-site, 24/7 operational support to every program we undertake. We recognize the ever-changing reality of military operations, especially when training attempts to replicate the chaos and uncertainty of combat operations in an urban environment. We are prepared and experienced in working closely with military and contract staff to adjust role play assignments as frequently and promptly as necessary. We have management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that track and control our personnel while in the field.
