Valbin Corporation is composed of the following departments of service: Mission Readiness Support (MRS), Communication and Language Services (CLS), and Deaf Culture and Sign Language Services (DCS).

Mission Readiness Support (MRS): MRS provides qualified Foreign Language Speakers (FLS), Civilian Role Players (CRP), and project management services to support US Military simulation training exercises requiring language and cultural awareness. MRS has a proven capacity to recruit, interview, screen, test, deliver and manage large numbers of well-trained Foreign Language Speakers and Civilian Role Players, linguists, analysts, foreign media experts and cultural advisors to meet the urgent and changing demands of the US Government. Communication and Language Services (CLS): CLS provides foreign language services in over 60 languages to support international training programs, military simulation exercises, and other private business and government needs, such as interpretation of meetings or the translation of websites and publications.
